2019 DC Funk Parade - Funky Costume Corps
We were the end of the parade, but the beginning of the street party!
Bring up the rear, the Funky Costume Corps encouraged people to participate in the parade. Costumed or not, they joined in. Even when it started raining, the party didn't stop. A little water couldn't stop us.
